Our Policies
- The festival tickets/passes will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- No transfer of passes will be allowed after 1st November 2024.
- Transfer allowed before 1st September at 10% charge & before 1st November with 20% charge. Please contact team Muxima to proceed.
- Bootcamp & Masterclasses are not included in any package. Contact team Muxima for the same.
- Refunds will only be given in the event of a pandemic or lockdown. You will get 15 days after the rescheduled date to ask for the refund. Refunds will be completed after 2 months.
- Please contact us for more info or to upgrade your pass type.
- If you blocked Pass under EMI scheme then the rest amount should be clear within 60 days, else current price would be applicable and not the one you have booked/blocked.
- Ticket blocking amount is non refundable in any case, one must have to pay for full package once paid under EMI scheme.
